What makes Jurismart coaching unique is its range of services for legal professionals—from coaching, résumé writing and mentoring to the critique of writing samples and assistance with business plan development. Business plan development is especially crucial for non-equity partners to reshape their goals from year to year and position themselves for an equity stake and potentially greater security and the ability to make lateral moves down the road.  Linda works with each client in developing a proactive career strategy reflecting that client's values, skills and practical needs.

Personal change is an individualized process. We'll begin with the scheduling of a consultation to determine your goals and objectives. Then we'll be able to determine the coaching package or other service that's right for you.

Coaching services are available face-to-face for clients in Central New Jersey, USA, at the client's request. Otherwise, coaching services are available via phone.

 

The following projects are billed by the hour or by flat rate:

• Résumé development

• Follow-up letters
• Review and critique of writing samples
• Business plan and marketing plan development
• Copywriting for small and medium-sized firms, including blog writing and other social media posts and website page content

For all other services, we offer session coaching at affordable rates. Each coaching session lasts approximately 50 minutes. Contact Us to learn more about coaching, rate and session information.  Here are the session packages currently offered:

 

1. Single coaching session, renewable as you deem appropriate.

 

2. Three session package.

 

3. Six session package.

 

4. Nine session package.

 

Three, six or nine session packages are renewable at their expiration for the same term or a different option as set forth above.

 

Other coaching arrangements:

 

1. 4-hour career transition discovery package, scheduled in up to 1-hour increments. Explore and define your career objectives and create a personal development plan.

 

2. Monthly retainer (up to 4 sessions per month, renewable month to month). Clients on retainer are entitled to priority or reserved scheduling for available slots.

 

3. Unlimited monthly mentoring (scheduled for up to 30-minute increments per session).

 

FOR ORGANIZATIONAL CLIENTS:

Organizational coaching generally encompasses such issues as:

• establishing a coaching culture
• leadership, management and team-building skills
• dealing with resistance
• performance appraisals
• strategic planning and goal assessment
• outplacement counseling and related assistance
