Jurismart consists of professional coaching and other services concerning career advancement, management and transition, especially for law students, attorneys, paraprofessionals and pre-law college students.  Other fields served include business and healthcare. Jurismart is also a dispute resolution service provider in the nature of mediation.

What is coaching?  Coaching is self-directed problem solving.  It's eliciting performance from you to realize your potential.   It's about helping you with your goals, getting you from A to B.  It's about encouragement, confidence building, celebrating victories and helping you be accountable for your objectives.  Coaching is for people who want to effect change in life.  What makes Jurismart coaching unique is its range of services for legal professionals—from coaching, résumé writing and mentoring to the critique of writing samples and assistance with business plan development.  Business plan development is especially crucial for non-equity partners to reshape their goals from year to year and position themselves for an equity stake and potentially greater security and the ability to make lateral moves down the road.  I work with each client in developing a proactive career strategy reflecting that client's values, skills and practical needs.
