I have been teaching at Clintonville Academy for 19 years.  I spent 9 years teaching Middle School Math. Now, I thoroughly enjoy spending my days teaching 5th Grade.  I earned my degree in Education at Muskingum College. 

     Besides teaching, I love to read, grow flowers, learn and use new technology, sew, visit warm places, and spend time with my family, especially our 2 new granddaughters!  I have been married for a very long time.  My husband, John, and I have three children.  David works in finance and is married to Era, who is in her 3rd year of her residency program at Riverside Hospital.  They have a daughter, Divya.  Julie is a dietician and is married to Greg who works for QIP. They have a daughter, Kari.   Kelly just completed her Masters in Education and is starting her first "real job" teaching high school Spanish.  She is engaged to Jeremy, and they are planning a June 2012 wedding.  I am also a big Buckeye fan, especially football...GO BUCKS!
