ROCKBAND CLASS

 

Vocal Art Studios holds weekly Band Classes for Students of our studio.

 

Band Class is by invitation only and consists of a 1 Hour Class each week with one of our Teachers.

 

Bands consist of Drums, Multiple Guitars, Bass, Keyboard, Saxophone/Woodwind and Vocalist. We hold band classes where students are of similar age and levels, and they work towards performing material in a variety of musical styles.

 

Being in a band is a great learning experience for our students and many friendships and musical collaborations form.

 

You must be a current student of our studio and recommended by your Teacher to be a part of current and future Band projects.

The Rockbands do a variety of activities including Recording Studio experience, Performances and opportunities for Performance Tours overseas.

 

 

GLEE CLUB

 

Inspired by the popular TV show, The Glee Club is a 1 Hour Weekly Group Class consisting of singers of similar ages. (Different age group classes offered)

 

Taught by Director Liz Tripodi, one of Australia's best all round Vocal & Performance Coaches, Liz was recently involved in projects with Channel 10. The Glee Club is also assisted by Teacher's Rocky Loprevite & Ricky Muscat at various times during the year.

 

The Glee Club learn popular songs across all genres, incorporating harmony skills, movement for singers, presentation skills and performance opportunities.

They are also involved in Professional Corporate Performances, Competitions and have undertaken the Performing Arts Program at Disneyland (2012) as well as Workshops with Leading Industry Professionals

around the world.

 

It is important that all students show committment by attending each lesson and working hard on developing their skills outside of class, by either having private Vocal lessons with us and/or outside dancing experience.

 

The Glee Club runs at the following times:

Junior: 5-6pm Thurs

Inter:    6-7pm Thurs

Senior: 7:30-9pm Thurs
