If you are having trouble registering for the Student/Concession rate, follow these instructions:
Click on ENROL NOW and PROCEED TO CHECKOUT (next page then comes up)
Enter name and email and click OK (next page comes up)
Enter additional information that is required and click OK (next page comes up)
Price displayed will now be the Supersaver rate
Click the Add Concession Button and follow the prompts to add either student or concession. Once completed you will be on the final page and the price displayed will be the concession price.
Cancellation of registration and refund policy
Mounting an event such as the Australian Flute Festival requires long term planning, commitment and contractual agreements with our artists and the venue.
Due to these commitments and liabilities, we regrettably are not able to offer refunds.
The Australian Flute Festival and the Conservatorium Open Academy, in its absolute discretion, may consider a credit or a refund only where extenuating circumstances apply, for example, on compassionate grounds or the inability to attend classes for medical reasons if a doctor's certificate is supplied.
