Mankind shares this beautiful planet with animals and birds, descendants of far more ancient species than ours. Each animal has its own individual "animality" and I swear my dogs "talk" to me. Certainly they have a sense of humour. I often find myself wondering what they would look and sound like if they were human, and I often look at humans and wonder what kind of animal they would be?

Without animals, the earth would be a much sadder place.
