                               Another workshop room

This is the building that the workshops will be held in. Very spacious inside, plenty of room for workshops, kitchen area, 2 small bathrooms, heat, electricity and a full cellar. It is in the plans to add an upstairs onto this building for bedrooms and bathrooms.

This is looking up the driveway between the workshop building and the horse barn.

Look at that lush grass! This is one of Karen's mini horses.

The fields will be hayed also.

Inside the workshop building. The old, very old, wallpaper is being peeled and picked off. These walls will be all white. It looked so much better just getting that awful wall paper off there.

         The Boss lady.

This is the kitchen sink getting some new plumbing.

Here's Robroy. He's the 12th horse to reside at Malachite Farm. He belongs to Karen's son, Colt. Robroy is in Quarantine for a week to make sure he is healthy, then will be introduced to the rest of the herd. Picture taken June 9, 2007.

Here's Sage. She sure did shed out some pretty!  This building will be getting an internal face lift and studios will be in this building. Karen is working on implementing a plan to replace the roof and have skylight holes placed into the roof. As you can see there is plenty of gravel parking area. The main road & the workshop building lies on the other side of this building. This young man is the youngest on the farm. His mother is "Lily" the Chincotegue pony in Karen's book. He's very playful and loves people.

"Muffin" the senior citizen of the farm. Muffin is a Shetland pony. He warmed my hands very well on that chilly day!
