Hello fellow Optimist,
We have started the year off with a bang. Governor Joe did a fantastic job. At this time we are a plus one for our District, but it will be a couple of weeks before OI gets everything counted.
I have enjoyed seeing everyone at the New Officer Installations. We have a great District. We do a lot to help our kids and our communities. Keep up the good work.
Encourage your members to join us in Santa Fe at our Quarterly Meeting. We are going to have a great time. Vice President Patsy Garner and her Husband Ken will be there. There will be some new workshops and information for everyone.
This Quarterly Meeting will be a Western theme, or you can just wear business dress. Come meet old friends, make new friends and plan to have a lot of fun.
Reminder: We have seven Clubs behind in their OI dues, and also behind in the District dues. Please keep your dues current. It is so hard to get caught up when you get behind.
