Happy New Year, Optimists.  Such a simple phrase, but with a real meaning for those of us in our environment. Things are left undone, not just from last year, but for decades. We are in the business of saving kids lives. The programs we offer are of a personal development, self-esteem strand.  We are in the human development business. Take this new year to be a people developer.  Use at least two optimist international programs to accomplish this goal with your community. For Optimist member personal development use PGI, with all members achieving at least one new level of achievement.  For the kids, develop a youth club with personal development goals.
