    It is that time again, for the 3rd Qtr Tri-Zone Meeting. Lynne and I have once again chosen the COPPER CANYON CAFE since it seemed like a good location the last time. It is of course located at 5455 Gibson Blvd. SE. The time will be 9am Saturday morning, the 28th of April. As always we would like to see all Club Presidents and Secretaries, but of course all members are welcome. We want to discuss what we have accomplished the 2nd Qtr of 2011-2012. Then Lynne and I have information to pass along as well.  Governor Robbie will be in attendance so let show her a good turn out.
     Attached you will find the Club President's Quarterly Report, so you can fill it out and bring it with you, or send it with your representative if you are unable to attend. If no one is coming from your Club please be kind enough to let your respective Lt Gov know and we will make a visitation to a Club meeting and pick it up before the District Conference in Roswell during the weekend of May 4th thru the 6th. I have also attached the Registration for the Roswell Conference if you might still need them.
     Any questions or comments feel free to bring them to our attention before that morning.

Hello  Everyone,

     To  All  Club  President,  Please  remember  to  plan  your  Club  President  Election so  that you  can  turn  in  your  Election  Report to  me  by  May.  I   will  send  it out  to  Everyone  for  you. GOOD  LUCK..  
       On  April 16, 2012  I  will  be  having our  3rd  Quarter  Zone  Meeting.  It  will  be  at  Sun  Up  Optimist  Club  Meeting  Place, But  on this  day  the  Sun Up   optimist Meeting  will  be  at  Ranchers  Grill.  at  7597 N Mesa. Meeting will  start  at 6;30 p.m.  but  6;00 p.m..  to start your  food  order.
