I thought I would put in writing the comments I made to you yesterday about Glenn so you could add it to his personnel file.

In my opinion, Glenn is the best documentation person we have ever had. He is not afraid to get into the application, set things up, and figure out how the application works. If he has any doubts about why something is as it is (which is not often), he will ask the SME. He will also continue to ask questions until he is satisfied he understands and can document it properly.

We would not have the documentation we have (Javelina and HEALTHpac) without Glenn's invaluable work.
