OVERVIEW
On the one hand, I've garnered lots and lots of experience crafting effective editorial and B-2-B marketing communications copy, managing marketing challenges, etc. On the other, you'll find I've also earned my keep (and then some) as a technical writer, producing online software documentation, end-user training manuals, etc. Guess you can call me a switch hitter.
