Step 1:  IT Innovation -> IS Capabilities: How is new IT (protocols, etc.) affecting information systems capabilities (cloud computing)?

 

Step 2:  IS Capabilities -> Market & Channel Strategies: How are IS capabilities affecting markets and channel systems?

 

Step 3:  Strategies -> Interaction and Feedback: How are firm-level strategies interacting to create an aggregate, industry-level behavior that is good or bad: If one does it, one wins; if everybody does it, all lose. How to avoid such negative feedback?
