PALZ (People Advocating LeashFree Zones) is a volunteer committee working with the City of St. Catharines to ensure that the Burgoyne Woods  & Catherine Street LeashFree dog parks are a continued success.  PALZ is working to establish a third leashfree zone within the City limits.Here are your PALZ committee members- we would love to hear from you:
