PALZ (People Advocating LeashFree Zones) is a volunteer committee working with the City of St. Catharines to ensure that the Burgoyne Woods LeashFree dog park is a continued success.  PALZ is working to establish a second leashfree zone within the City limits. NEWS FLASH!!!!!! Council passed the budget item for Dog park # 2- new volunteers required for the Catherine St. Dog park
