On Boxing Day 2008 we went out for a walk in the afternoon along the Regents Canal in Bow. We stopped and had a good look round the Ecology Park Ponds which are set back a little way from the canal towpath in the Millenium Park.
I found walking round the whole of the ponds really interesting and decided to start a project recording the ponds during every month in 2009.
