This is a web based tool for creating web pages. I can be used to share ideas, something that ANY web page can do. The editing tools are similar to those used by many blogging tools. There are options for mailing lists and for sharing pages. Frankly I'm not sure what this site offers that something like Google Docs or any blogging site like blogspot.com would provide.

There is a free version.	Some styles can cost money.
You don't have to know HTML	The web tools were clunky, not all worked well.
You can upload images and do other web design stuff.	Other media is not as easy to use.
