Sean: 'The most common problem with AV conferencing is that the people at either end of the conversation can't hear clearly enough what is being said. This is rarely anything to do with the AV equipment, it's nearly always down to the acoustics of the rooms being used working against the client. Once the acoustics are fixed, the rest is easy.'

Another area is which Sean can save you money is by reccomending equipment that not only serves the purpose at the time of purchase but can also adapt to future demands without having to be replaced every year. All too often AV companies specify equipment that is over-priced and not ideal for the job in hand.
