Chris Rabior was born in Detroit and raised in Saint Clair Shores.  He attended De La Salle Collegiate and then Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) in pursuit of a B.S. in Computer Engineering, and eventually found his calling.  He is currently attending Wayne State University with hopes for a bachelors and then a master's degree in Criminal Justice.  He is a certified scuba diver, a former college athlete, and a youth soccer coach. His love for photography stems from a desire to capture the excitement of concerts and sporting events.  It evolved beyond being simply a hobby when he started receiving requests for commercial use of his images. Chris has had images published with several monthly music magazines in the Metro Detroit area.  His work has also been utilized by a number of the music groups he's photographed.  The latest expansion of his venture is the creation of a stock collection with Alamy Images.  He currently shoots on a regular basis for DetroitCity.com and The South End News. Regardless of his experience with any particular field, Chris is always open to new shooting opportunities and learning new techniques.
