I would like to use SiteKreator custom design services. What should I do?

You may request a custom design quote and a Senior designer will get back to you to discuss your project. After requirements have been clarified, you will receive a quote for creating and implementing your design using SiteKreator Pro. The custom design quote also includes a license for SiteKreator Pro.

  

Can I include my own, custom designs in my private label sign up?

Yes, you can. Here are the steps:

• Create your design with SiteKreator Pro, and give us the login of the account where the design has been implemented.
• Make sure the Pro license for this design has been paid.
• Prepare the small and large design preview to be displayed in your reseller signup. The required sizes are as follows: small preview 160x120 px, large preview 600x450 px.
• Upload the previews in a page on your reseller portal named assets.html and send us the URL of the page.
• We'll update you reseller signup with those designs.

 

Is there any way to customize the stock designs, without enabling SiteKreator Pro for them? 

Yes, small customizations like design/content area background changes, text style changes, hiding or narrowing specific areas may be done using simple HTML snippets. Contact us if you need a snippet for a specific customization.

 

I would like to setup mail and DNS hosting for my customers, how does this work? 

If some of your customers requests DNS/mail hosting, follow these steps:

• Ask your customer to add our brand-free name servers for the domain, as explained here: http://support.website-creator.org/administer_email.html 
• Contact us with your customer domain so we may have it set up on our servers
• We'll set up the domain and make you/your customer the administrator of this domain
• The administrator may then create the needed mail boxes, as explained here:

• The users may setup their email to be retrieved from Outlook or other mailing clients, or may check email via a web-based interface following the instructions here:

I am a reseller, and would like to sign up subresellers, how does signing up subresellers work?

The steps to set up subresellers on your private label are as follows:

• Send us the setup information for each subreseller: domain name (should be pointed to our IP), company name, product name, support email (the last two are used throughout the system emails sent on account signup, activation, deletion, etc)
• We'll setup the subreseller within two business days, free of charge. The setup includes a subreseller portal with all system pages (quick login, account upgrade, etc), signup, login area and an Accounts Management interface. The subreseller is responsible to add his portal content, define his billing plans, setup his account upgrade page, automated payments (if needed).
• Each month we'll add to your reseller bill the number of accounts created by your subresellers. Subresellers have no free accounts. Subreseller accounts help you meet your reseller monthly minimum.

 

Can I use your affiliate program to sign up affiliates on my reseller label?

Yes, you can. SiteKreator affiliate program offers a basic interface for signing up affiliate users and tracking affiliate accounts, but it is free and easy to use. To sign up affiliates you need to:

• create unique affiliate IDs and assign them to your affiliates. Your affiliates may then sign up customers.
• calculate the affiliate payments for each month by searching for the respective affiliateID in your reseller Accounts Management interface. You will be able to see a list of all accounts for this affiliate, the package assigned to each account, payments done during the month, etc.

 

I am a reseller who signed up before April 2009. May I convert to the current reseller plans, and under what conditions?

Yes, you may convert to the current reseller plans at any time. You will start getting billed for the price per account coming with your new plan ($10/m or $15/m per account). Your new monthly minimum will be calculated depending on the start date of our Hosted Private Label. For example, if you signed up as a reseller 7 months ago, the monthly minimum you are looking at is the one for the period 0.5 - 1 years (the monthly minimums for the two reseller plans are available here).

 

I would like to migrate from Hosted Private Label to Affiliate partner. What are the steps?

To migrate to an affiliate partner, please:

1. Make sure you paid all your outstanding reseller invoices.
2. Let us know the accounts you need migrated to SiteKreator. You may keep your reseller portal as a free full-featured account on SiteKreator. All other accounts will be permanently deleted.
3. We'll create you a Gold SiteKreator Affiliate account and will move your accounts to SiteKreator, under your affiliate account.
4. You'll be required to upgrade the accounts moved to your affiliate label to one of SiteKreator Packages.
5. Your reseller portal becomes your Gold Affiliate portal which you may integrate with affiliate signup links.
6. Each month you will get back as affiliate commission 25% from all payments received by your affiliate accounts.

 

I don't understand how does the monthly minimum work.

The monthly minimum is the minimum number of accounts you will be billed for each month. If you have less accounts than the minimum - you will be billed for this minimum. If you have more accounts than the minimum - you will be billed for the exact number of accounts you have.

 

What is the due date for reseller invoices? When will my account get suspended if I don't pay? 

All reseller invoices are NET15. If an invoice gets past-due, the access to the Admin view for all sites under the delinquent reseller account is suspended. Once an invoice has been past-due for more than 45 calendar days, SiteKreator will discontinue the delinquent reseller account and offer all end users to migrate their sites to another reseller.
