A. Default packages

Your reseller account comes with 7 default packages.


1. FB - Forum / Blog Account: Limited package for a Forum/Blog profile - Access to Blank design - Unlimited number of pages - Intuitive Text and Image Editor - File Areas - Contact form - Traffic statistics - 200K Web site space 0.00 USD Gixk Forum/blog account for reseller customers. Accounts on this package are not billable.


2. ALL - Business Account, 1 GB: This package includes the complete set of features needed to establish a professional online presence - 50+ standard and business designs - Customization and branding options within business designs - Unlimited number of pages - Intuitive Text and Image Editor - File Areas - Image galleries with slideshow and automatic thumbnails - Blog and Discussion forums - HTML snippet integration with PayPal, Google Analytics, Google AdSense and more - Web forms and Mailing Lists - Members-only areas - Traffic statistics - 1 GB Web site space 0.00 USD Gixk Default full-featured account for reseller customers. Accounts on this package are considered billable.


3. ALL-SUPPORT - Bussiness Account 1GB support: This package includes the complete set of features needed to establish a professional online presence - 50+ standard and business designs - Customization and branding options within business designs - Unlimited number of pages - Intuitive Text and Image Editor - File Areas - Image galleries with slideshow and automatic thumbnails - Blog and Discussion forums - HTML snippet integration with PayPal, Google Analytics, Google AdSense and more - Web forms and Mailing Lists - Members-only areas - Traffic statistics - 1 GB Web site space 0.00 USD Gixk Full-featured account including whitelable support for reseller customers. Accounts on this package are considered billable.


4. TRIAL7 - 7 days trial package: Your Trial 7 account gives you access to the complete set of features and designs for a period of 7 days: - 50+ standard and all business designs - Customization and branding options within business designs - Unlimited number of pages - Image galleries with slideshow and automatic thumbnails - Blog and Discussion forums - HTML snippet integration with PayPal, Google Analytics, Google AdSense and more - Web forms and Mailing lists - Members areas - Customized site icon, Google sitemap, robots.txt - Traffic statistics - 10 MB Web site space. The Trial account is an ideal way to try out the product and find out which service package is appropriate for you. During the trial you will not be able to publish your website under a custom domain. 7. LANG - LANG: Different Language package 0.00 USD


The package ALL is created for your ease, and you may decide to use it for your accounts, or create your own packages.

 

The TRIAL 30 package should be used for demo and trial accounts which should not be included as billable accounts in your reseller monthly statement. The accounts on this package will automatically expire after 30 days. If you wish to keep such accounts after the 30 days trial period, you should assign them to a non-trial package before the expiration period is over.

 

The FB default package is automatically assigned to all accounts signed up from the Register Now link on forums or blogs hosted at your customers sites. Accounts on this package are considered non-billable.

 

The default packages may not be edited or removed.


B. Private packages

You can also create your own private packages and assign each website you have to the appropriate package, depending on what your customer is paying for. To start adding packages, enter the Admin area of your reseller site, rollover the Control Panel  icon and choose Manage Accounts. Click the Packages link on top and chooseAdd Package. You can enable any combination of features for each of your packages.

 

C. Trial and expiration packages

While finalizing your list of packages, make sure you designated one of your packages (default or private) as yourtrial package, and another - as your expiration package.

  • the trial package is the default package to which all new accounts you create will be assigned. You can set the default TRIAL 30 package as your trial package and thus avoid being charged for your demo accounts. Or, you can create your own trial package and set it as your default trial package. Those trial accounts, however, will enter your monthly bill.
    To set a package as your trial package click the 'set as trial package' icon  next to it. The trial icon will then become blue .
  • the expiration package is the package to which your accounts will be automatically reverted if they canceled their payment, or if their payment expired and they do not wish to renew. If you do not define an expiration package - the accounts with expired subscription will be automatically put on hold (they won't be able to log into the sites admin).
    To mark some package as the expiration package, click the 'set as expiration package' icon  next to it. The expiration icon will then become blue .

 

D. Billable packages 

At the beginning of each month you will be billed for the accounts using packages different than, TRIAL 7, TRIAL 14, TRIAL 30, FB and your reseller portal. You also have 1 additional non-billable account that you can use for demo, support, etc purposes. So make sure you deleted any unneeded sites and assigned appropriate packages to the rest of them before your monthly statement is issued.
