San Telmo Wine is named for the storied neighborhood where the tango was born. Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, the San Telmo quarter is a fascinating glimpse into the rich and colorful culture of Argentina.
The tango is filled with mystery and intrigue. Originally a fusion of Spanish, African and Cuban rhythms, this “language of argentinos” was once considered so intoxicating, that it was banned for its seductive effect on dancers.
These insights laid the groundwork for a restaging of the San Telmo brand, the introduction of new packaging and a launch campaign -- which like the tango -- was born of desire, mystery, and taboo.

For some, the tango is a symbol of sinful suggestion...actually, they're right.
