This years Easter trip was to Dahab with air temp of 30c and water temp of 23c, with a south westerly wind it helps to keep you cool during the day.  There are many dive sites and operators in the area I went with http://www.red-sea-relax.com all are shore dives 2 a day 9am and 2pm, there are many day trips Ras Mohamed and Thistlegorm these are arranged via local agent so cannot be guarantee but worth doing if you get the opportunity.
