Thank you for caring about my preferences.  These are very common requests, that I am sure you are familiar with.   

I prefer that you present my consideration in an unsealed envelope prior to excusing yourself to freshen up. Past experience dictates the need for this request.  I always verify the contents of the envelope prior to moving forward with our time together, and prefer to do so while you freshen up. 

Please take the time to shower and use the mouthwash.  Being extra fresh and clean is important, I allow for you to take time to bathe. If you just came up from the gym, and are still super fresh,  please excuse yourself to use the mouthwash and allow me enough time to verify the consideration. 

Please respect my time.  If you would like to stay longer, you are welcome to ask if I am able to extend our rendezvous.  Simply make an immediate adjustment to the consideration by placing it  so I can see it.  It's best to make the adjustment right away, again, due to past experience. 

I do not date my clients.  If you ask me out or ask me to do anything,  please be aware of my time and my consideration.
