You may have read the (not 100% correct ) weekend match report and if you haven't then please read this first!!!

 

In my defence.....you have one bad game in what has been a faultless & unblemished career, and everybody forgets the last 25 years or so of putting my life on the line every Saturday in the name of Club and country men.

 

Lest we forget I actually planned my caravan weekend around the wetherby game and conned, sorry persuaded Chats (man of the match) to turn out for us.

 

OK I did kick the ball a couple of times when I should have passed it but I just saw the refs face inprinted on it and could not help myself after he incorrectly and unfairly gave me a 10minute rest.I didn't mind the sending off but 10 minutes having to talk to Pete and Glynn, come on, the penalty did not fit the crime!!!!

 

Yes, they did run the full length length of the pitch and score due to my first kick, scored because I didn't make touch with my second kick and then should have scored had it not been for Chats (who I brought along!!!) saving me further misery,   with my third kick. BUT I did score a try, which was not mentioned in the offical match report on the website as it was given to somebody else by mistake because nobody wants to know that a brilliant rugby player such as myself carried over an entire pack of wetherby forwards as per usual becasue this does not sell newspapers!!!

 

Kick a man when he is down why don't you.

 

And to add insult to misery I endured a further 5 hours of where I went wrong and how to catch a fricking rugby ball, pass, hand off, tackle and shown a variety of bodily stud marks by the 50 year old, grey haired, I've never played before man of the match!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and in the confines of my bloody caravan!!!!!!!!
