I recently attended the TechSouth Expo in Lafayette, LA.  This convention brings together technology professionals from all over the Gulf Coast and includes lectures and seminars by leaders in technology.  One such leader, Dr. Randall Goldsmith, President and CEO of the Mississippi Technology Association, presented a very informative lecture called "Shift Happens."  He discussed the changes we've seen in the past 20 years in technology and how those advancements will pale in comparision to the changes coming in the next 20 years.  Included in his speech was the video below.  Please take a few minutes to watch and think about how these changes will affect your business and your life in the coming years.
