· Chicken Marsala	Chicken breast sautéed in butter, garlic and Italian herbs, in a Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, served with a Bread Roll, Mashed Potatoes, and a Green Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing.
· Florentine Chicken	Chicken breast topped with Spinash Cream, served with a bread roll, mashed potatoes and green salad with Vinaigrette Dressing.
· Mushroom Swiss Chicken	Boneless & skinless chicken breast topped with melted Swiss cheese, mushrooms cream, served with a bread roll, mashed potatoes and green salad with Vinaigrette Dressing.
· Teriyaki Chicken	Grilled Chicken with Teriyaki sauce served with steamed rice, bread roll, steamed vegetables, and Green Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing.
· California Chicken	Boneless & skinless chicken breast topped with a tomato and celery cream sauce, served with buttered rice, steamed vegetables, and a bread roll.
· Roast Beef in Wine Sauce	Thinly shaved roast beef, served open faced and topped with gravy, served with mashed potatoes, bread roll, and green salad with vinaigrette dressing.
· Birria	Shredded meat soaked in a spicy guajillo and tomato Mexican sauce, served with beans, Mexican rice, corn tortillas and hot red salsa.
