What does the 14 day trial include? Do you require credit card details to start trial?
During the 14 trial period you will be able to try all features and functionalities of SiteKreator and choose the ones that will suit your needs. You are not required to provide any credit card details to sign up for a trial account and do not have to upgrade to any of the paid packages after your trial expires.
Should I start my site all over again after the trial expires?
No, after the trial expires the content of your site will not be deleted. You will have an option to select a package and convert your website to the features and designs available within this package. Please note that during conversion you may lose access to features that are not part of the package you wish to stay with.
Why do I get an end of trial message even though I directly signed up for a Free account
All our new registrants get a free 14 day trial of the full functionality of SiteKreator. After the trial expires you will be notified and asked to either upgrade to one of the paid packages, or continue using your site on the Free plan.
Can I make a paid subscription or change my plan at any time?
Yes. Just log in your Admin View, roll over the Control Panel icon and go to My Account > Change Plan. You will be redirected to our subscription page where you can choose a plan that answers your needs. If you change from a paid package to another recurring billing for the old subscription will be automatically stopped.
Do I have to make a new subscription each month? Can I pay in advance for more than one month?
All SiteKreator subscriptions are billed recurringly on a monthly or yearly basis. You do not have to make a new subscription each month - the monthly or annual fee is automatically charged from the Credit Card or PayPal account you have subscribed with, until the subscription is canceled. If you wish to pay in advance for several months, consider signing up for an annual subscription.
On attempt to login to my account I get a notice that my site uses elements which are not present in my current plan. Why?
You may receive such a message if your trial plan has expired and you are using features that are not part of the Free package, if you are on a paid subscription but have features on your site from higher packages or if your recurring billing has failed. To be able to log in the admin area of your site, you will have to either convert your site to your current plan by clicking the Convert Site and Login button, or upgrade your account to a higher plan. Please note that during conversion to the current plan your site may lose content or its appearance may change. If you are not sure which option to select, please contact us.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time, directly form the Admin View of your SiteKreator website. Roll over the Control Panel icon and select My Account > Cancel Billing. Your subscription will be terminated and your site will be converted to the Free package.
How can I update my billing info?
As all payments are processed via PayPal or 2CheckOut, you will need to update your billing information directly through these providers. Please contact us for more information.
There were different subscription plans active when I started my subscription. Would I be able to continue using my site on these plans?
Yes, each account can continue on the plan and at the pricing they initially signed up for. If your old subscription was not a recurring one, please contact us to receive your special renewing link.
