Which plan is right for me?
If you are just starting out, our Standard package may be sufficient for you. If you want a more attractive site that works for you, choose our Premium package. And if you are really serious about your business, the Deluxe package brings more customers to your site, and converts more of them to customers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. In addition, for Annual Subscriptions we will accept checks or wire transfers.

Can I change my plan in the future?
You can change your plan at any time.

Is my data safe?
Yes, we keep you data safe, and we back it up every day.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. If you choose one of SiteKreator’s month-to-month plans, there are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Is it easy to cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at any time.

What happens to my site if I cancel?
You can download your entire content and use it to build your own website somewhere else.

Upon completion of the transaction your account will be automatically upgraded with the selected package. All sales are final.

The subscription is billable monthly or annually, depending on the selected option. The fee will be automatically charged on your Credit Card or PayPal account depending on the selected payment method. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. You can cancel anytime from Control Panel > My Account > Cancel Billing. In order to avoid the next billing, the cancellation should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing.
