3. Subscribe to our Business Deluxe Package. Choose between a $500 set-up fee + $79.95 per month, or an all-inclusive rate of $799.50 for the year.
   
4. After carefully analyzing your goals, we provide you with a custom site design concept, created from scratch specifically for you. (We also provide you with the option to implement your own designs).
   
5. Next, you have a chance to provide feedback on the design concept. We make up to two revisions to ensure all requirements are met. These communications are done via email. Subsequent revisions and phone discussions are available for an additional fee.
   
6. We implement the finished design to our content management system, which allows you to make future updates and changes with point-and-click simplicity.
   
7. You get the full Deluxe treatment: we'll preload your initial site content, optimize your site for search engines (a service that could cost thousands elsewhere), point your domain name, set up your emails, etc.
   
8. Your site goes live.

Q: How long does it take to create a custom design?

A: This greatly depends on how quickly you provide us with feedback, but the average time is about a week.

Q: Does the Business Deluxe Package include Flash?

A: Flash can be added for a small additional fee.

Q: Why is the Business Deluxe Package so cheap?
A: We have the right technology, the experience and the economies of scale that allow us to offer a very high-quality service at a very competitive price. SiteKreator powers over 100,000 web sites and several hundred design agencies have chosen to use our technology to build sites for their clients.

Q: When can I cancel my service?

A: You can cancel your Deluxe Package service after one year. If you cancel before that, we will have to bill you for the remaining payments, as the price for the custom design and provided up-front services is distributed between the 12 monthly payments.

Q: When can I change my plan?

A: After one year you can change your plan. If you downgrade to a Business Premium Package, you will be able to keep your custom design, but you will lose all features that are not included in the Premium Package. If you downgrade to our Business Standard Package, you won't be able to keep your custom design, but you can convert your site to any of our stock designs while preserving your site content.

Q: Can I take my design and host it someplace else?

A: Yes, but you won't be able to utilize the SiteKreator Content Management System to make changes to your site, as it is a hosted application, pretty much the same way as Gmail and Facebook.
