Coming from beautiful British Columbia, Canada, via Asia and several parts of the US, I now call Irmo SC home. Though not trained in art, I picked up a brush late in life and have enjoyed the door opened to me in retirement to capture the beauty of God’s creation in acrylic and mixed media painting.
Since my husband and I enjoy the mountains, much of my art has a definite mountain theme. But the ocean, the changing seasons, the splendor of sunsets, the invitation of a waiting trail, the rustic warmth of an old fence – any glimpse of beauty captures my attention!
