Consulting Services

Our consulting services are made for clients of all shapes and sizes, from the small business looking for interim marketing leadership to a larger business searching for a consultant to fill a specific role.

While we often create packages that contain similar elements, there is no typical engagement.  Sometimes we work with clients for 12 months, sometimes 3 months, sometimes it’s a 2-week project, and sometimes it’s even a 1-hour phone consultation. 

We work in 3 different relationship models: retainer, project and phone consultations – outlined below:

Project Consulting

Our project consulting packages are billed on  a per-project or per-milestone basis, and allow the client to use Right Source Marketing's talent and resources to solve a specific problem or fill a specific hole in the client's business. 

Standard Duration: Dependent on project

Retainer Consulting

Our retainer consulting packages revolve around serving as the client's full marketing team, or serving as an extension of the client's existing marketing team.  This type of engagement involves a deep understanding and evaluation of the client's current business situation, previous marketing efforts, in-house talent and other factors that may impact the relationship. 

Standard Duration: 3 - 24 months

Phone Consulting

Many times clients require an hour or two of phone time to get another set of eyes on a marketing plan, discuss the right approach to selecting the appropriate vendors/agencies, or simply to provide an expert, outside opinion on an issue that is impacting the business.  We try to set specific expectations regarding what can be covered in the span of a 1-2 hour session.

Standard Duration: 1-3 hours
