We want to love our clients, every last one of them. Loving clients makes solving their problems not only challenging, but fun. Therefore, one of the first things we do is spend time making sure that prospective clients understand and accept some of the principles Right Source Marketing is built on.
We’re Flexible.
What’s the point in locking a client into a situation that won’t make for a happy relationship? We strive to do enough legwork upfront, and ask enough questions so that we know exactly the situation we’re dealing with, exactly what type of work is necessary, exactly what type of situation the client desires, and then we do everything in our power to see if we can accommodate that situation.
We Ask Lots of Questions.
Lots and lots of questions. Anyone that doesn’t ask lots of questions should get tossed out the door. It’s impossible to provide customized service to any client without understanding the business situation in as much detail as possible.
We Don’t Just Execute. We Educate.
Education turns 1 hour meetings into 2 hour meetings, but we don’t care if you don’t. We want to make sure you understand what we’re doing, and why we’re doing it, and possibly even if there is a way you can do it yourself.
We Plan. We Always Plan.
We don’t like to do anything without a plan. That plan doesn’t have to be placed on special embossed paper, and delivered to every corporate department head, but there must be a plan. Even the most spontaneous ideas should be incorporated into a plan.
We Pay Extreme Attention to Detail.
OK. We’re willing to admit perfection is impossible, but it’s also our belief that many simple errors are missed simply because people aren’t focused in on the task at hand, or simply did not listen well enough.
