Moussa Tembiné is Tandana's Local Coordinator in Mali.  Moussa comes to Tandana with over ten years of experience in the development field, with a wide variety of NGOs, including Action Mopti, Amprode Sahel, and PRBP (Projet de Rehabilitation des Barrages et Pistes).   His academic background is in agronomy, and he is currently a Superior Agricultural Technician at the Labosem Research Center in Sotuba, Mali.  Having grown up in the village of Kansongho in Dogon Country, Moussa provides Tandana with deep familiarity with the languages, culture, customs, and social organization of the region.  As Local Coordinator, he works with communities to distill priorities and plan projects, oversees implementation, creates and trains local committees to manage the projects, and provides continuing follow up.  Moussa's development experience in the Malian context and enthusiasm for helping villages reach their goals are assets to Tandana's growing Mali program.
