Our Oneway lathe sold and we purchased the Powermatic... Glenn says the Powermatic is almost ready for its new home at the club...

Bill made a couple of announcements:

Hartville Tool Company has offered our club members a 15% discount for the 1st year and a 10% discount on the 2nd year...and has also offered a 5% rebate to the club...

Also, the club if getting a 25% discount on Timberwolf Bandsaw Blades again this year...Bring your sizes to the next meeting...

Dennis spoke of our new business... Cindy Drosda will be
demonstrating on the East Coast in West Palm in November... She has agreed to demonstrate for two clubs on the West Coast if we pay her air fare charges... The West Coast Woodturners and the Tricounty Woodturners will host her if we have a least 40 in attendance at $25.00 per person... The demo will be scheduled Nov 28th & 29th...
Dennis asked for hands of anone who would be interested and he got 12 hands...

The Florida Symposium will be held in Jan. registeration can be done on line...Paying by credit card at this time is not working...It is best to register on line and send a check to be sure to get in on this years Symposium in Lake Yale...
