If you are making the donation in honor or memory of someone or as a gift and you would like us to notify that person or their family, please provide their name and mailing address and we will send them a note to let them know of the donation.  You can do this when sending a check or by sending us an email after you make your donation online.

You will also receive a receipt for your donation (via email if your donation is made online or via regular mail if your donation is made by check).

Finally, The Elle Foundation will use donations received to help further research and treatment for Congenital Heart Defects at hospitals or institutions that are on the forefront of research for CHDs or that may need additional funding to provide the equipment or programs needed for children suffering from a heart defect.
