ANIMAL WELFARE ALERTS

 When we take in an animal, we take on the responsibility of providing for whatever it could possibly need, including veterinary care. Every animal receives equal consideration, whether it's a guinea pig or a dog, a chicken or a parrot. The costs of operating the rescue are extremely high. Our adoption fees do not even begin to cover the costs of operating a humane, effective, and compassionate rescue. Without donations from caring individuals such as yourself, we would not be able to operate as we do.


There are a few ways that you can donate!

 Our vet bill is constant and never completely paid off. Dr.Steele at the Southside Animal Hospital has helped us immensely by allowing us to start a tab. Individuals that would like to donate can contribute directly to our tab by visiting:

If you have some pet supplies you no longer need or would rather donate supplies then money, here is a list of items we find ourselves most in need of:

  • Industrial garbage bags
  • Towels and Fleece Blankets
  • Small Dog Diapers (for incontinent senior dogs)
  • Premium brand (Acana, Eagle Pack, etc) Large Dog and Adult Cat/Kitten Food
  • Paper and Pine based Pellet Litter
  • Paper Towel
  • Zip-Ties
  • Vegetables (for rabbits, guinea pigs, etc)
  • Wood chews/toys
  • Cat Collars/toys/accessories
  • Large wire dog crates
  • Large "small animal" cages
  • Large Bird/Parrot Cages
