----------------------------------Role of AIChE Officers--------------------------------------

President:
Stay connected with the ACIhE Maryland Section for joint events w/ JHU and other Maryland campus.

Conduct most administrative paperwork. Keeping the organization active and organize campus events,

such as networking and general meeting. Inform officers and members for a successful career.

Vice President:
Assist the President roles. Apply further suggestions to the organization.

Secretary:
Reserve necessary space for meetings and events. Record notes for
every meeting and send updated e-mails about events and activities to
all the members of AIChE.

Treasurer:
Have the responsibility of managing the AIChE budget and all other
financial paperwork.

Public Relation (x2 or more):
Recruit more UMBC members by advertising and meeting new engineers
(ie, involvement fest, ECM representative?). Meet other engineers, not
just chemical engineers, to provide a joint campus event, for
engineering week and several interesting event. This position also
plays a role as a fundraising coordinator.

Webmaster:
Updating and making the website look nice and pretty. Add useful and
helpful information for chemical and biochemical engineering students
and guests.
