Rupert joined PacBell in 1995 after graduating from a co-op master's program at BellCore/MIT and has had various roles in R&D and Corporate Strategy before starting his current role in 2006.

| Jennifer Byrne Director, Digital Media Verizon Wireless As Director, Digital Media at Verizon, Jennifer Byrne is responsible for cross-platform business development, social networking, user-generated content, LBS, and virtual world applications along with content development for Verizon’s "fourth" screen called The hub. In her prior role at Verizon, she was responsible for the on-demand mobile video service called V CAST Videos, which grew to over 3 million subscribers, as well as V CAST Mobile TV linear video service, for which services she secured and launched a number of key exclusives for Verizon. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in business development and content distribution across various media platforms including cable, satellite, broadband, and wireless.

Additionally, his expertise serves the boards of the GSM Association and Vantage Point. Most recently, Dave was Telefonica O2’s CTO, where he merged Telefonica and O2’s networks. His experience has included running all the technological operations for Cingular Wireless and involvement in several mergers. Through the merger of BellSouth Cellular and SBC Wireless in the Western Region, as VP of Operations, he was involved with their network build-out.

Stephan brings along many years of experience in the financial and telecommunication industry. He has been with T-Venture since 2000 and joined the management of the T-Mobile Venture Fund at its inception.

| Rick Witham Head of Channel and VC Relations Nokia Rick Witham joined Forum Nokia, Nokia’s global developer support organization, in 2005. Currently, he is responsible for developing channel strategies for Nokia’s developer partners to increase Nokia’s customer value proposition. In addition, he engages with members of the venture capital community to help source financial capital for selected partners and direct Forum Nokia services to qualified VC targets and portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Rick was responsible for identifying and building relations with companies developing innovative mobile applications, content and services for Forum Nokia Americas.

In his 7+ years with the Interpublic Group agency, Richard has worked on key R/GA accounts such as Nike, Nokia, Avaya, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Reuters.

In this role Dan leads the development efforts of the mobile advertising business and the Massive in game advertising team. Dan was previously the GM of Strategy and Corporate Development for the Entertainment and Devices division where he led strategic efforts around mobility, gaming, music and video. Dan also served as General Manager of Windows Security where he led the core security efforts for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. Prior to Microsoft Dan was the CEO of Vingage Corporation, a Sony funded company.

Tim led NVP's investment in 3jam and serves on the company's board of directors. Prior to joining NVP, Tim was a principal at Gabriel Venture Partners. Tim built Gabriel's wireless sector practice and helped establish business development capabilities, particularly in Asia-Pacific. Tim also worked in Japan for Gateway Inc. and General Motors.
