Aromatherapy is a healing way using essential oils.

tThis therapy works by stimulating sense of smell.

It includes inhalation, massage, facials, body wraps and baths.

It is known that odors we smell have a significant impact on how we feel. Different odours can impact on our moods, emotions, memory and learning.

The human can distinguish 10,000 different smells so you have a plenty of choice.

    Fragrances and their effect
   

Rose

With its floral and sweet aroma, rose is perfect for loneliness, frigidity, depression, stress. Bulgarian Damask rose (Rosa Damacena) is mostly often used in the aromatherapy. The rose oil also can be used as a massage oil.

 

    Cinnamon

Flavour: strong, earthy, deep, warm, spicy, sweet

Usage: physical and emotional stimulant, aphrodisiac, anti-depressant, drowsiness, irritability, headaches, stimulate mental work, low blood pressure.

 

   

Jasmine   

Flavour: warm and exotic

Usage: It is good to confidence, anger, depression, exhaustion, sensitive skin, anxiety, headache, mental tension. It is Antidepressant, Antiseptic, Antispasmodic

 

   

Lavender

Fresh, sweet, floral, herbaceous. It influences well on allergies, anxiety, irritability, asthma, colic, depression, panic, flatulence, headache, hypertension, insect bites itching, labor pains, migrane, sores, sprains, strains, stress, vertigo

 
   

Sandalwood 

Flavour: rich, sweet, fragrant yet delicate, woody, floral.

Usage: insecurity, depression, fear, stress, anxiety, fatigue, frigidity, impotence, immune system booster, bronchitis. It is aphrodisiac, diuretic, sedative.

 

   

Lemon

Usage: stimulate memory, concentration, happiness and peace, helps depression, fatigue, fear, antibacterial, colds, stomach ace, nausea, vertigo

It is Antiseptic and Antibacterial

 

   

Orange

Usage: colds, constipation, flatulence, flu, slow digestion, stress, depression, diarrhoea, digestive problems, flatulence indigestion, muscle aches, stress

It is Antidepressant, Antiseptic, Antispasmodic, Detoxifying, Sedative, Tonic

 
   

Rosemary

Flavour: fresh, herbaceous, sweet, slightly medicinal.

Usage: ąching muscles, arthritis, exhaustion, neuralgia, rheumatism. It is Analgesic, Antidepressant, Antirheumatic, Antiseptic, Antispasmodic, Diuretic.

 
   

Peppermint

Usage: asthma, exhaustion, fever, flatulence, headache, nausea, vertigo, bronchitis, colic, headaches, indigestion, migraine, muscle and joint pain, sinusitis. It is Analgesic, Antiseptic, Antispasmodic, Decongestant, Expectorant.

 

   

Thyme

Flavour: Fresh, medicinal, herbaceous.

Usage: athritis, colds, cough, tonsillitiscuts, dermatitis, flu, insect bites, laryngitis, lice, muscle aches, oily skin, poor circulation, immune system booster, raises blood presure. Antirheumatic, Antispasmodic, Aphrodisiac, Diuretic, Emmenagogue, Expectorant

   

Violet Leaf

Flavour: green, earthy, slightly floral in dilution.
