    Fragrances and their effect
   

Aloe

It is perfect for facilitate digestion, blood and lymphatic circulation, kidney, liver and gall bladder functions. Aloe is also used in cosmetic for very sensitive skin.

On the market you can find aloe in many forms: powder, gel, juice concentrate.

 

    Allheal

The usable part of the allheal are the roots.It's main influence is sedative and

soporific. The extract of the allheal's roots has emollient effect. One traditional way to make tea is to pour 500 ml boiling water over 1 tea spoon of the allheal's roots and leave it for  1hour. Drink 100ml (app. 1 coffe cup) after meal, 3 times per day.

And be carful, don't overdosage it can be poisonous.

   

Avens (Barefoot, Geum)

It is anti-inflammatory, styptic, tonic. Usually the Avens is used to accelerate the wound healing, colic, vomiting and digestive diseases.

 

   

Basil

It is anti-infectious, anti-phlogistic, anti-spasmodic, analgesic and has a slight

stimulating effect. It also can be used against depression and fatigue.

Be careful, it can be toxic in big doses.

   

Bilberry 

Constipating, anti-infectious. Bilberry improves the peristalsis and digestion. it also can be used for rheumatism and haemorrhoids.

 

   

Blackberry

Fruts contain vit.C, E, B, also ogranic acids, pectin, potassium. That make it perfect for influenza. It it is used for neurosis, sclerosis, high blood presure, diabets, angina. Consolidation of the bones and teeths, thin blood vessels.
