Yoga

Yoga is one of the practices that can make you feel better. The word comes from Sanskrit and literally

means "union".

In that concept yoga is a way to achieve union with absolute Reality (known also as Brahma). It is not necessary to believe in the spiritual side of the teaching to practice it.

It is an old practice that helps to manage the stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, depression, headaches. Also can influence asthma, back pains, blood pressure, diabetes.
