Q. How do I book an appointment?
A. To book an appointment, simply email at wbmain@frontiernet.net. Emails received after our normal operating hours will be returned the next business morning.
Q. How does Walton Building Maintenance charge?
A. The majority of jobs that Walton Building Maintenance performs are charged on an hourly basis with a required 2 hour minimum. Larger jobs, that will take more than a few hours to complete are charged a flat rate.Q. Can I get an on site estimate for my job?
A. Walton Building Maintenance specializes in smaller residential jobs that usually do not lend themselves to physical on site estimates. However when you email us, we can usually give you a very good idea of how many man hours jobs similar to yours generally take. After we review your emailed job details, we will determine if an on site estimate is necessary. It is impossible to give an estimate beforehand for unforeseen or concealed problems discovered during the job. Should Walton Building Maintenance discover a concealed problem or if an unforeseen circumstance presents itself during the job, work will be stopped immediately and a change order will be presented to you, outlining the problem discovered and any additional costs to correct the problem.
Q. How do I pay?
A. You may pay for your services provided by Walton Building Maintenance by cash or check. For residential services, checks must be printed with then name of the individual requesting service. In the case of Property Management Firms, Real Estate and/or Leasing Agents, services may be paid for with a company check.
