Optimist Amendments
The Optimist has proposed several amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Although each of those amendments is described in other pages, this listing is intended to help keep track of each proposed amendment. When presented as a collection, as on this page, the Optimist cleverly calls the full collection the Optimist Amendments.
