Katherine Tyrrell travels with a sketchbook - in Goa, India

I visited External link opens in new tab or windowGoa in December 1993, the year in which I started to use coloured pencils for sketches.  Goa is located on the west coast of India and is a former Portguese Colony which became India's 25th state in May 1987.  We stayed right next to the Arabian Sea at the External link opens in new tab or windowHotel Colonia Santa Maria which is north of Fort Aguada and halfway between Baga Beach and Calangute.  Very peaceful.
