Building Stone “Marketing Strategy”
“Marketing Strategy” is the process in which we mutually define the SMART-goals for your company and map them with the expectations of your target markets. To enable this we can include brainstorm sessions with your (management) team, interviews with customers and/or partners, SWOT, competition and market research. The real mix of strategy tools will depend on your company and your needs. Based on the information gathered, NovoQuest can offer you recommendation on the strategy direction, but also on the strategic and tactical marketing tools to use in your marketing mix to reach the goal(s) set.

Building Stone “Marketing Execution”
NovoQuest can help you with the execution of (some of) the strategic and tactical marketing tools as well. Depending on your needs we can take care of the day-to-day marketing as your virtual marketing team, work closely with your marketing department on your marketing execution or take action on one or several specific marketing tasks. Our core expertise is focused on channel marketing, product marketing, CRM-optimization, website, social media, event organization and digital communication, but we do have experience in almost all marketing aspects. This can include finding the right external suppliers for certain marketing activities during the execution phase.
