Welcome
Hi. We are Jeff & Melissa Singfiel, serving as International Workers with the 
Christian & Missionary Alliance. We worked in Kosovo with The C&MA beginning in 2002 in a variety of roles. We've been church planters, started and ran a community center, served on national non-profit boards, taught English, and consulted with local churches and organizations. We also served as Regional Team Developers for the Europe region since 2018. In that role, we coach leaders, train, and consult on strategy formation with teams in Bosnia-Hercegovina, Portugal, France, and Germany.
In the summer of 2026, Melissa became the Executive Director of The Women's Development Track, a Missio Nexus member organization developing Great Commission Women both inside and outside the Alliance. She focuses on leadership development, spiritual formation, and mentoring women leaders in mission.
Jeff earned an M.Div. degree from Alliance Seminary and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Melissa also earned an M.Div. from Alliance Seminary, is a certified spiritual director, and earned a D.Min in leadership and spiritual formation.
