In the summer of 2011,  the BBC contacted me and offered the exciting proposition of doing a version of our "Getting the Love You Want" Imago Couples Workshop on a cruise ship, as part of their documentary on an unconventional Chassidic couple from London.  That couple, Gaby and Tikwah, married 41 years, had appeared in a previous documentary on London's Chassidic community, which had four million viewers in England.

 

This Adriatic cruise,  on the Mano Golden Iris, departed from Haifa on October 23rd, returniing on November 4, 2011.

We gave five 90 minute Imago presentations, teaching new information and communication tools, which were demonstrated and practiced by Gaby and Tikwah as well as the many other couples who participated. Everything was filmed by the four BBC film-makers; they also filmed Gil and me talking about our marriage and about Imago, visiting Corfu, Santorini, Kotor, Montenegro, and other Adriatic ports.

 

 This was a dream come true for us, combining our love of giving Imago workshops and our love of cruising.

 

The documentaey "Two Jews on a Cruise" was shown on the BBC on February 28, 2012. This summer it was shown several times on the Yes Documentary channel in Israel.

 

In Dec-Jan 2013 we presented the workshop for Kosherica on a  14 day Holland America cruise from San Diego across the Panama Canal to Florida.
